Things to Note
- The home is located on a private, rural 130-acre property and is accessed by a long gravel driveway that is not lit at night and includes some hills.
- No recreational vehicles are permitted on the property, including ATVs, four-wheelers, side-by-sides, or similar vehicles.
- No hunting is permitted anywhere on the property
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No additional guests are permitted unless discussed and approved in advance.
- No smoking is allowed in the home, on the deck, or on the patio.
- The pond is available for fishing only. Swimming or entering the pond is not permitted.
- A few owner closets are locked and off-limits to guests.
- For security purposes, there are three exterior cameras facing the driveway and walkway. These monitor sound and motion only on the exterior of the house.
***A signed rental agreement and liability waiver and a copy of a government issued ID is required for each reservation. Failure to provide these items will result in cancellation of your stay.

The beds are so comfortable, and the room darkening window treatments are such a nice bonus. Tons of hiking, beautiful views.
